Tasting notes
Sarah Abbott MW: this is still very youthful and strikingly vigorous. A big wine in one sense, with warm alcohol, rich fruit and firm tannin. Yet really very graceful. Lovely purity of deep, dark fruit and a very refined texture. Long and tapered; that succulent fruit is reined in on the controlled, nicely dry finish. Really very distinguished-tasting. Lovely Barossa personality of generosity, exuberance and control. Love this.
